Coding Park Family

Learn to code at home, from age 6

Why Coding Park Family ?

Kids love video games, but how can you turn screen time into meaningful learning? With Coding Park Family, they discover coding step by step in an adventure world, and gradually gain the autonomy they need to progress at their own pace.

🎮 One universe, multiple ways to learn coding

Your child progresses in an interactive game throughout their learning journey, guided by Luna, a smart oracle who helps them progress independently.

They start with visual blocks using Blockly, then move on to scripting in pseudocode, before mastering real Python.

Your child stays focused on logic and problem-solving – the goal is not to turn them into an expert coder, but to give them the right habits.

With step-by-step progression, Coding Park School gives every child the chance to build a strong foundation in computer science — one challenge at a time.

160+ levels that make learning an adventure

From tricky puzzles to hidden treasures, every challenge keeps your child engaged while sharpening their logic and problem-solving skills.

A playful way to learn key skills

Our method combines algorithmic thinking, English basics, and visual reasoning to help kids build strong cross-disciplinary skills. Inspired by STEM education, it guides them through a fun and structured progression.

Introduction to algorithms

Kids start by learning the basic game rules and actions. Step by step, they explore essential coding concepts like variables, loops, procedures, and problem-solving.

English made easy

Since English is the language of tech, all robot instructions are given in simple English. Each mission comes with a translation sheet to support understanding and memorization.

Visual thinking

Every level involves a visual challenge: a path to trace, a puzzle to solve, or a sequence to build. Children learn to represent solutions graphically and recognize patterns or repetitive structures.

With Coding Park, you go beyond solutions like Scratch, where you learn to code with blocks. Here, we also offer a textual language, just like the pros. But don’t worry, this language is very easy to grasp. Coding Park seems to be the missing learning bridge between Scratch-based solutions and the programming languages used by professionals.

Golden Quest by Coding Park aims to teach the principles of coding via a game-like interface, but it’s also really great fun. You control Cody, a small pirate-like robot who lands as desert islands, and via your coding, moves around, jumps and digs for treasure. The animations are cute, the sound effects suitably jolly and the levels get really interesting. Even if you know how to code it’s just fun trying to work your way through the levels, especially when they take all the code away from you and you’re left to figure it out on your own. There’s even a built-in level editor, which is superb fun to play with! All in all, a great package.

For a girl who’s not used to programming, I found the game very fun and it helped me understand how loops and variables work. The graphics are excellent, and it’s very satisfying to see the code come to life right before our eyes.

I am delighted with the results of the workshops and the satisfaction of the children, animation teams, and families. Thanks to Amine and the Coding Park team for their dedication and adaptability. We look forward to discussing new ideas for the upcoming school year.

The coding workshop for 8-12-year-olds, held as part of Numok, was a success. The children thoroughly enjoyed the experience, thanks to the clear and well-adapted instructions from the facilitator. This workshop highlighted the value of making coding accessible and fun for young learners.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Amine and Coding Park over the years, and our collaboration has always been both professional and enjoyable. As I retire at the École Alsacienne, I want to express my gratitude for our pleasant exchanges and the positive partnership we’ve shared. I wish Amine and the team continued success in their work with the school and beyond.

The game really captivated the kids. They are a bit geek and good students originally. I let them play by themselves. Watching the program run line by line is awesome, that’s really how I think of writing code.

I prefer Coding Park to CodeMonkey, as your tasks are more engaging and educational. Although your website could use some polish, the quality of your content stands out. Maintaining a competitive price point will be crucial for your growth. Great job so far!

What I particularly like are the graphics of course, the characters, the objects like the “Teleporter”, this one caused a sensation! Teamwork, in our own words, we explain and we try to get the classmates to find the solution.

Frequently Asked Questions

Learning to code means learning how to solve problems logically by giving clear instructions to a computer. It is a valuable skill that goes far beyond computer science.
Coding Park is a playful learning platform that helps children develop computational thinking while having fun. Our educational journey is designed to be progressive, with sixteen chapters that introduce the foundations of algorithms through the adventures of Cody and his crew.
The goal is to program Cody so that he can reach the treasure in time while achieving the best possible score. Each challenge takes place on a map with a clear objective (“find the treasure”) and obstacles (bushes, palm trees, skeletons, etc.) to avoid or overcome. Pupils use the code editor on the left side of the screen to type the instructions. By clicking the “Play” button, they can see their code run in the game world displayed on the right. To solve a challenge, pupils always start from a partial solution that is provided. They first test the given code, identify a problem (sometimes missing instructions, sometimes a bug introduced in Cody’s code), and then complete or fix it. To support children in this process, contextual help is available through the character Luna, as well as a user guide accessible via the “Book” button at the top right of the platform.

We offer three code editors adapted to each child’s age and cognitive development, fully aligned with the school curriculum:

  • Blockly (from age 7): getting started with visual blocks, similar to Scratch

  • Pseudocode (from age 9): learning the basics of text-based coding

  • Python (from age 12): discovering a real programming language

Multiple children cannot share the same account, as one child’s progress could overwrite another’s. We offer discounts when you add additional children to an existing account.

Yes, your subscription renews automatically by default. After purchase, you benefit from a 14-day cooling-off period starting from the renewal date.

To use the platform, you need a PC or Mac, a secure internet connection, and a recent web browser (Firefox, Chrome, or Safari). The Blockly code editor can also be used on a tablet.

To cancel your subscription, simply log in to the platform and click “Cancel my subscription” from your account settings. You can cancel at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the start of the next billing period, meaning you keep access to the services you paid for until the end of the current period.
